Upon arrival at the hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room I had selected, and it offered a great view. However, the actual room did not match the photos as depicted. The service was top-notch with professional and helpful staff always going above and beyond, even assisting with luggage. The location, although not on the main road, provided a peaceful atmosphere and convenience to major IT companies. Dining options were more akin to a basic hostel, offering poor maintenance and a subpar breakfast. Despite this, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory with amenities like fresh fruits available.
